ListingTender ("we", "us") is based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the messages, screenshots, and listing details you send us. When you add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile, we can see the profile information and reviews Google makes available to managers. We do not ask for or store your account passwords.
How we use it
To update your business listings, reply to reviews as you've authorized, send you alerts, reminders, proof screenshots, and reports, bill you, and talk with you about the service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services we use to run ListingTender (for example Google's official APIs, email, text messaging, AI writing tools used to draft review replies, and payment processing), or when required by law.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you alerts and updates about your account. Reply STOP to stop texts.
How long we keep it
While you are a customer and for a reasonable time afterward for records and billing. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't need to keep.
Your choices
You can remove our Manager access to your Google profile at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information.
