These terms cover your use of ListingTender, a listing and review management service based in Austin, Texas.
The service
We update your business listings and reply to reviews based on your plan and your instructions. We work through official tools such as Google's Business Profile manager access. You stay the owner of your listings and accounts.
Your part
You confirm you're authorized to manage the business and its listings, and that the information you send us is accurate. You're responsible for approving replies we send you for approval.
Reviews
We only reply to genuine reviews. We will not write, buy, or post fake reviews, or ask for reviews in ways that break platform rules.
Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly. Your first month is free. There's no contract or setup fee, and you can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Multi-location discounts apply as quoted.
Third-party platforms
Google, Yelp, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, TripAdvisor and others control their own platforms. They may reject, delay, or change edits, and we can't control their decisions, ratings, or review removals.
Limits
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will let you know about important changes by email.
